Our Service Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Appointee regarding your use of our global SaaS appointment and client management platform.

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the Appointee platform (including our mobile applications and web services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use the services.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

To use Appointee, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete business information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by your authorized staff members.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our security protocols.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Appointee is provided on a subscription basis. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable monthly or annual fees.

  • Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule based on your chosen plan.
  • Taxes: All stated prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless required by local law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
  • Payment Authorization: You authorize us (and our secure third-party payment processors or app store partners) to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

4. Refund Policy

Because Appointee offers a free trial period allowing you to fully evaluate the software prior to purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription months or unused services. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Appointee to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law, including data privacy and telecommunications laws (such as sending unsolicited "spam" messages).
  • Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Appointee platform.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software without explicit written permission.

6. Intellectual Property (IP)

All intellectual property rights in the Appointee platform—including software, designs, trademarks, and algorithms—are owned exclusively by Appointee or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business operations. You retain all rights to the client data you input into the system.

7. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Appointee is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that using Appointee will increase your business revenue or bookings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Appointee, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Updates to these Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions occasionally to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or platform features. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction Placeholder], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within [Jurisdiction Placeholder].
