It started with a simple observation: local service businesses—the barbershops, salons, clinics, and studios that form the backbone of our neighborhoods—were being left behind by modern software.
Owners were juggling scattered WhatsApp messages, illegible paper diaries, and frustratingly complex enterprise software that required a computer science degree to operate. They were losing revenue not because their services were lacking, but because they simply didn't have the time to manually text every client who was overdue for a visit.
We realized that independent businesses don't need another clunky dashboard. They need a silent operational partner. Thus, Appointee was born.

We are actively developing Universal Profile Sync for multi-device front desks, alongside an iOS application. In the near future, Appointee will introduce AI-driven insights that automatically predict client churn risk and suggest highly targeted re-engagement campaigns to save at-risk customers before they leave.
